Going on now:

Charities have been selected
Project managers are meeting weekly with each charity creating project plans
Continue to see more sponsorship funds
Volunteer registration has launched

Activities 2 weeks out:

Setup teams
Charity and team introductions
Project plan refinement
Team training on product being used
Infrastructure chores completed
Source control setup if needed
